- Shipping is secured & insured.
- Handling Time is 4 to 5 weeks & Shipping Time is 1 to 2 weeks.

- In case the custom department asks for the KYC, the buyer is required to provide the KYC details in the stipulated duration.

- If you receive the product with a pungent smell, it is due to the application of wax before shipping and is nothing to be worried about. We suggest you place the furniture in an open area (not directly in sunlight) for a few days, so the smell fades away.
